Today was a bittersweet one, as it marked the final day of what has been an unforgettable two weeks in London. We started the morning at 1966 before heading into our last lecture with Dr. Dominic Orth, who shared his fascinating work using kickboxing as a rehabilitation tool for stroke patients and broader insights into movement and recovery. It was a fitting way to close out the academic side of the program, and his work was a great reminder of how creative and impactful approaches to rehabilitation can truly be.

After lecture, we hopped on our final train ride to the Camden Markets, where I picked up some gifts to bring home and grabbed a beef and cheese pita that was the perfect last London meal. To send off the trip in style, we caught the USA vs Australia game, which went our way, and then headed out for one last night together as a group. This trip has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my life, and I am forever grateful for the memories made and the friendships formed with people I will not soon forget.
