Today we had a really insightful lecture with Dr. Emily Hunt on the role of narrative in behavior change, which sparked a great discussion with the class about longevity and the ways in which people differ in their approaches to health and lifestyle. It was particularly interesting to hear about her work alongside those living with rheumatoid arthritis and how storytelling and personal narrative can play such a powerful role in motivating change. The conversation that followed felt genuinely engaging and was one of the more thought provoking class discussions we have had on the trip.

After a delicious lunch at Afrikana, we headed to the Harry Potter Studio, which was without a doubt one of my favorite excursions of the entire program. Seeing the sets, props, and costumes up close was incredible, and everything was so realistic that it was hard to believe it was all right in front of you. My personal favorite was Diagon Alley, and if I ever find myself back in London, the Harry Potter Studio is absolutely somewhere I would visit again.
