Today we had a lecture with Dr. Liam O'Reilly on cognitive motor inference, which was one of the most interesting and thought provoking lectures of the program so far. It was a great opportunity to dive into how the brain processes and coordinates movement, and the discussion left me with a lot to think about long after it ended. We then grabbed lunch at Subway on campus before heading into the city for the evening, which was a nice and easy break in the middle of a busy day.
In the evening we went to see Hadestown in the West End, which while not necessarily my personal favorite, was clearly a hit with a good portion of the group and it was fun to share in their excitement. After the show we made our way to Presto, an all you can eat steakhouse, where I made the most of the menu and loaded up on beef and chicken. It was an incredible meal and the perfect way to cap off another full and memorable day in London.
