Today we started in the VR lab with Professor Adam, where we explored different simulations centered around children with Developmental Coordination Disorder and the use of virtual reality as a tool for training and rehabilitation. It was a fascinating look at how technology is being used to better understand and support kids who face movement and coordination challenges, and it left me thinking about how far this kind of innovation could go in the future. From there, we made our way to Wimbledon, which was without a doubt my favorite experience of the trip so far. Centre Court was absolutely breathtaking, and seeing all of the preparation and setup that goes into one of the world's most prestigious sporting events up close was something truly special.

Our tour guide deserves a mention of his own, as his passion and knowledge made the experience that much more memorable and brought the history of the venue to life in a way I was not expecting. After an incredible afternoon, we wrapped up the day at Megan's, a Mediterranean restaurant where I ordered cheese stuffed lamb and beef balls that were absolutely fabulous. It was the perfect end to what might have been the best day of the program so far, and I am already looking forward to what tomorrow has in store.
