Today we had a guest lecture on myocardial infarction that turned out to be one of the most powerful and memorable presentations of the entire program. The speaker walked us through a series of slides on the condition before revealing at the end that he had personally experienced a myocardial infarction himself, making everything he shared feel deeply personal and impactful. It was a reminder of how much more meaningful information becomes when it comes from someone who has truly lived it, and his passion and openness as a presenter left a lasting impression on the whole group. After grabbing Subway on campus, we headed over to Chelsea Stadium, which was an incredible experience for any sports fan. The stadium was stunning and walking through it gave a real sense of the history and culture surrounding football in this country. We wrapped up the evening with a Chinese dinner where I had peppercorn chicken and a beef flank steak, both of which were absolutely amazing and the perfect end to another unforgettable day in London.
